Russian production No. 460, ISS 91P, is a Progress spaceflight launched by Roscosmos to resupply the International Space Station (ISS) and the 183rd flight of a Progress spacecraft. 

For this mission, Progress MS-30 was loaded with a total of 2,599 kg (5,730 lb) of cargo and supplies prior to launch. The cargo manifest includes the following:

    Pressurized supplies: 1,179 kg (2,599 lb)
    Fuel: 950 kg (2,090 lb)
    Water: 420 kg (930 lb)
    Nitrogen gas: 50 kg (110 lb)

Among the supplies loaded into the pressurized compartment was a new Orlan-MKS spacesuit.

Progress MS-28 (ISS Progress 89 mission) brought nearly three tons of food, fuel, and supplies for the Expedition 71 crew aboard the International Space Station.

The Progress MS-28 undocked from the ISS at 23:17 Moscow time (2017 GMT) on Tuesday before transitioning into autonomous flight. Debris of Russia's Progress MS-28 cargo spacecraft has plunged into the non-navigable part of the Pacific Ocean, Russia's state space corporation Roscosmos said on Wednesday.

The Location is the coordinates for the center of the Pad 3 building. 

The headings are a little off, Pad 01 is 30 deg, Pad 02 is 16 deg, Pad 03 and 04 are 09 deg but I'm working on a new file for Orbiter 2024 to rotate them there. 

They are not actual decimal coordinates but the familiar grid coordinates put into decimal form for the CFG file to read, 65*07'47"55 N and 147*29'07"52 W.
